As a landlord or letting agent, HomesForStudents gives you full control over
your student properties through your very own management area. From here
you can upload all the important details for as many properties as you like
with full descriptions, room details, contact details, property location and up
to three photos.
Property details can be altered at any time to reflect the status of the
property. For example, if you have let one room out but there are still three
left, you can simply update the room details to reflect this. Then, when the
property has been fully let it can be excluded from searches until it becomes
available again.
Statistics are also available to you for each property on a month by month basis
to include things like number of page views, number of times your contact
numbers have been requested and number of email enquiries sent to you through
our site.
If you would rather not use the site yourself then a registration and property
form can be requested by post. This can then be filled in, sent back and we
will happily register on your behalf and upload your student accommodation
details for you.
