I'm looking for somebody to take over my tenancy of a double room from August as I am unable to live there any more due to unforeseen circumstances. It is a lovely 3 bedroom house, newly decorated, all double bedrooms, 1 big bathroom and a decent sized kitchen. 10 minutes from York university and 10 minutes from the town centre on Wellington Street, YO105BD. The tenancy is £82 a week from August to July and doesn't include bills. Well worth the money for a gorgeous, tidy house and much cheaper than student halls. The two other tenants are two second year girls from York uni, tidy, fun and not huge party goers so the house will be quiet.
