Lovely, spacious room on the ground floor available from September this year. 2 girls and 2 guys will be here next year, from both AUB and BU, Journalism, Graphic Design and SFX Make-up students (both couples) and we're looking for our 5th person! The house is really spacious and the room has a double bed, desk, gigantic wardrobe and is located next to the kitchen and lounge! We're all a very social bunch who love throwing parties, spending time at Buffalo bar, listening to music and watching films. We have 2 pet lizards and would welcome anyone to our humble abode! 2 of us have lived here this year and can honestly say it's a lovely place to live, with a nice landlord. The rent is £345 a month and the house is in Hankinson Road, 20 minute walk from Uni, 2 minutes from Charminster co-op and 10 minutes from Winton high street! M1,3 and U3 bus routes run close to the house.
