My roommate and I are subletting our two bedroom apartment in Paris Gardens, one of the famous student accommodation's by Victoria Hall, from the end of may, until mid-September 2014. The student accommodation is located near Southbank neighbourhood, ZONE 1, 5minutes walking from Waterloo Station (Barkerloo, Northern and Jubilee line) and 2minutes walking from Southwark tube station (Jubilee line and national rail services). Paris Garden is brand new (finished building in september 2013), and is entirely modern and stylish. Our apartment is composed of two separate bedrooms, a kitchen, a shower and WC. Concerning the location, Paris Garden is located 10minutes walking from Covent Garden, London Eye and Borough Market. Only 5minutes walking from the nearest Sainsbury which is situated on The Cut, (road bustling with restaurants and cafés). Paris Gardens also has a spectacular rooftop with a panoramic view of London Eye and London over the Thames. There is also a communal penthouse with a huge TV, large tables to work or eat on, a pool table and a foosball table. You can rent either of the two rooms but we would hope to find friends who want to live together so as to take both rooms at the same time. The accommodation does require that you be a student either in a school or university or even if you planning on taking summer English courses.
