We have a 4 double bedroomed house to let in a student house share for next year. 20 min walk to Uni or 10 mins St Goulds hospital. Bus stop outside to centre. Currently 3 final year and one post grad students live in the accommodation, all get on well and have been there two years but all leave this summer. There are 4 rooms available from August [but could be one/two available over the summer if required] in a four bedroom house with common lounge, diner/kitchen, two bathrooms and patio/barbie area, store shed. Non restricted parking outside

The ALL INCLUSIVE rent is £325per month (works out at approx. £76 per week) - Rent payable monthly

The rooms are available from mid/ end of August 2014 or earlier by arrangement

The household is mixed, about 20 minutes walk from the University campus/ city centre, is close to many local amenities, a bus stop is just outside which is 5 mins from the Uni, / city centre local shops with a co-op. Its only a short drive to the nearest large supermarket. each room has a desk, window, double bed, wardrobe, radiator 30mb internet wifi, and own tv point if you dont like whats on the lounge TV!
