Need someone to replace me in a room on Waverley Road in Southsea. You would get two rooms - one single room on the middle floor and another single room on the top floor that you would be able to use as a study or possibly even a larger bedroom if you were to ask the landlord.
The house comes fully furnished with a garden, driveway large enough for 6 cars, washing machine, dryer, massive chest freezer and fridge/freezer as well as 3 bathrooms.
There are currently six second years living in the house (two boys and four girls). All are all easy going and enjoy going out and do a range of different courses.
The deposit would be £348 and the rent per week is £87 per week excluding bills, however bills won’t cost much.
