Hi! We are looking for a fifth housemate for a student house on Livingstone Road in Portswood. Currently we have two male and two female students living here and are looking for another housemate. 2 girls are doing nursing so we are very clean and tidy :-) Boys are doing English and History We are all sociable and good fun and the house is new and modern
The rent is £347 a month. But we can offer you the months of July and August at £300 per month. The contract begins on the 1st of July and is for 12 months.
The room itself has a wardrobe, desk and a double bed. The house has two bathrooms, a garden, washing machine, fridge, freezer, free road parking, and is in a very decent location, 2 minutes away from Portswood high street. Our landlord is very nice and sorts out problems ASAP
