We are a family (Chris 49, May 43 and Dean 10) from SALTDEAN, a beautiful village, near Brighton. We have 2 rooms to let in the house but one of them is rented on long term to Jon who is 27. Our unusual attic room has 2 single beds, a desk with drawers, TV (with free view box) and a DVD player and lots of films you can choose from, free wifi and a fridge and microwave. The bathroom is downstairs, shared. 2 minutes walk from home there is a bus stop to Brighton centre. The service is frequent (every 15 Min during the day). It takes about 20-30 Min. to get Brighton (depending on the time of the day). There are plenty of parking spaces, if needed. We love animals and have pets in the house: a dog, a cat, a lizard, fish and birds out side in the garden. May is a child minder and looking after kids at home from around 7:30 in the morning. We are charging £15 per person, per night. Meals are available for a small fee (breakfast £2.50, dinner £4.00) . Washing machine charge £2.5 Key is available for a small deposit.
