The Houses have SKY TV and wireless Broadband, and kitchens have all mod cons. The Houses are 10 minute walk to UCLan, and about 15 min walk to City/Train Stn. Close to bars and shops on Friargate, also just a short walk to Fishergate with even more places to socialise! We prefer Groups already set up for sharing, all being Students.
Very friendly and easy going Landlords, but professional & Accredited. Only a small deposit will be required initially with nothing to pay until later!
