Hi.
I am currently looking for a female flatmate to take up the other double room in the 2 bed flat i am staying at due to my housemate having to relocate for work.
The flat has 2 large double rooms, shared kitchen, bathroom and a large living room.
Its located on Hathersage Road, 15 minutes walk from the university and 5-10 minutes from Oxford Road/Rusholme.
It is an extremely convenient location with a Tesco Metro and local shops/takeaways open until 12am everyday. It is a very safe and busy area, regularly patrolled by local police and community officers, and close to the main manchester hospital.
For the price and location, this place is a bargain, hence the reason i really do not wish to move out and want to stay here until i finish university!
