Great Newton Hall is in a great location, everywhere is easily accessible (City centre, University and transport links etc.) all within a 5-10 minute walk.

Great Newton has 24/7 surveillance and a fob entry system. The flat is on the 4th floor (with a lift) , with views of both cathedrals. The flat consists of four bedrooms, all of which have locks on the door, and a living room and kitchen, which are shared.

The room is en-suite (walk in shower, toilet, basin and a mirror with light) and is furnished (wardrobe, 2 sets of draws, 2 book shelves, a long desk and a bed). You also have your own individual telephone in your bedroom.
