we are looking for a 4th student to fill the last single room. The house is situated on Kingston road and is about 15 minutes walk from the Knights park campus. It is within walking distance of town and the nearest station is Norbiton however Kingston station isn't too much further.
The house itself has an open plan living room and kitchen. a downstairs bathroom which is about to be redone. The back garden is a good size and leads off the kitchen, it has a shed and decking as well as off road parking for a small car. The deposit for this house is £553 with some small estate agency fees on top which come to about £40 give or take.
The single room is £86 a week and comes furnished.
