I have a room with 24 weeks tenancy agreement remaining (until September 2013. You can renew the contract after) , in Greencoat House which is located just in opposite of the Kingston train station. (Upstairs of Subway, Cappadocia) . Its a very big room for private student accomodation (18 metersquare) with a own kitchen and bathroom inside. Hall has also a social room with Wii console and a pool. Apart from that a study room is available if you prefer to study in there, not in your room. It is 199pounds per week with all utilities/bills included. * 1 min walking to Tesco Metro (Supermarket) * 1 min walking to Kingston Station * Subway is just next to the building * 15 mins walking to Kingston University and Collage. * 7 mins walking to Bentall mall * 2 mins walking to the Odeon Cinema Im looking forward moving to Central London as soon as possible, so every date after now( if not a very further date) is okay for me.
