The flat comprises 2 double and 1 large single bedroom, 1 bathroom with bath, 1 kitchen with gas cooker, fridge and washing machine. The kitchen is quite big and there is a sofa. There is also a small balcony and full central heating. There is a car park but a permit from the Council is requested. You'll be exempted from Council tax once you provide documents showing you are students. Bills are not included but are very low, I believe the present tenants are paying around £30.00 pm excluding the telephone. The rent is £1470 pm negotiable. I have had problems in the past and prefer the bills for water, gas and electricity to be paid directly by the tenants.
