Beautiful double room on the 2nd floor of a 3 story house. Unfortunately only females will be able to live here as already 7 girls. The house is opposite the Sportsman pub and is right on Gloucester Road. Easy walk to town also.
The current tenants are all absolutely lovely, chilled and a good laugh. Yet peace is always in the house so if you have exams etc thats no problem :).
Rent is £375 not including bills, however the room is huge with a spare kitchen next door!
