The flat is just over the road to a leafy park, filled with the sounds of birds signing and children laughing. We have double glazed the property which makes it almost 100% soundproof, so you won’t be disturbed by these hideous sounds when you have a raging hangover.

If you ever need to get the number 1 bus home from town after a long day, then you’ll be able to dismount the bus and enter your flat before the driver has even pulled away at high speed, causing an old woman to fall over in the aisle of the bus. A stereotype maybe, but not without grounding.

If and when your friends come to visit, they will tell you that they like your flat more than theirs and they wished they could live there. They will compliment you on the (I still think too expensive) sofa’s in the very nice lounge. They will tell you how lucky you are to have such equally sized bedrooms and a large kitchen. They will then tell you that you have the friendliest letting agents this side of Belgium.

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.

Whilst you may have heard horror stories about letting agents, we are nice and not nasty like the one’s you’ll have heard about. Honest Guv. In fact, if you go then you will see that we are actually idiots. On second thoughts, maybe don’t…..
