If you are one of these people who like to be able to cook whilst talking to your mates and watching Deal or no Deal on the old tellybox, then this open plan style of kitchen / diner / lounge will be right up your proverbial. Kitchendinerlounge. There must be a name for this…. Kitcherounge? That will do.

And whether you like to hop, skip and step to the bathroom from the lounge or take a slow, meandering stroll up the stairs to the other one then the choice is yours – this really is a flat to suit everyone’s taste.

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
