When we refurbished this house, I said to myself “Ian, that is a good refurb. You’ve excelled yourself this time old friend and have made what I consider to be a desirable property for both students and professionals alike”. I then stopped. And realised that I was stood in the middle of Heaton in the rain having a conversation with myself. And people were staring at me. And some kid even threw a banana skin. So I went home.

Whilst at home, I lay on the bed thinking that by putting in 2 bathrooms (each with electric shower) and an additional WC I really had pulled a stroke of genius.

That coupled with the fact there was an excellent kitchen including dishwasher downstairs really did make me sleep like a baby that night.

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
