What I will do is tell you what it WAS like, so that you can kick yourself that you missed out on it or at least come and have a look and reserve it for the following year!

It used to be two flats but has now been knocked into one house which is rather large. The fortunate part of this tale lies in the fact that one flat was above the other – we once tried a similar exercise with one next door, but it didn’t work as well. It was even worse when we attempted it with one down the road.

You will love the kitcherounge (which is a word I invented - and am subsequently going to copyright - during the description of 2a Heaton Grove) and the bedrooms. You will want to touch and smell the new carpet and you will certainly want to watch a film on the HD ready flat screen TV. Depending on the time of day / mood you will also be keen on the bathrooms but we’ll not talk about that right now.

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
