DOUBLE ROOMS DOUBLE BEDS AND FLAT SCREEN TVS AS STANDARD: 
Each  house   has been recently refitted, and  students  benefit from a furniture package for their study  bedrooms  which includes  their own wall mounted flat screen TV with freeview  and a contemporary modern private wash basin. All study bedrooms also   have a  double bed,  and a modern desk chair  shelves and a chest of drawers. Many rooms have solid wooden floors and for those students who prefer  soft flooring, rooms with carpet are available.  
COMMUNAL SPACE WITH GARDENS AS STANDARD:
Every house has a communal lounge with seating on comfortable leather sofas, a flat screen TV, and access to a  maintenance free designer garden with shed.  
AT LEAST  3 BATH/SHOWER ROOMS AND PRIVATE WASHBASINS AS STANDARD:
Every  house now has at least one full bathroom with shower, and    at least two additional separate shower rooms. Remember all bedrooms also have private washbasins and our shower rooms  operate separately from  the  main hot water system, so that  you  are guaranteed to have  hot water  whatever happens !
TWO WASHING MACHINES/ DRYERS AND  TWO FRIDGE FREEZERS AT LARGER SITES:
Our  6 bedroom houses have at least two washing machines / dryers  and two large fridge freezers.  All sites have at least two separate forms of refrigeration so that  your food will be protected  whatever happens !

London Student Housing Group are part of Place Group UK. We  are a  regulated  and accountable privately owned and managed  student housing supplier. We also operate through the brands Place Homes, London Student Rentals and London Student Landlords.
We  run an informal modern and dynamic business and treat each student who rents from us an individual.  Students benefit from the informality  with which we deal with our student housing, whilst benefiting from the  group resources we have in place for our corporate and government tenants.  We are  registered with the government approved  Housing Ombudsman and the Property Ombudsman.  We are  also registered with OFT under the Consumer Credit Act and the Money Laundering Regulations.
