This is a truly gorgeous room in a very nice house! It‘s a medium-sized double room near Elephant and Castle Station close to the extremely convenient Walworth Road. Bus stop with excellent bus connections everywhere (holborn station 20 mins , kings cross 35 mins), various super markets, gym literally anything you can possibly need is 2 min. away and yet it is not directly at the main road so it’s not noisy. Elephant and Castle tube is 10 min. walk and the lovely east street market is 2 mins away. All in all its still very central and yet it is a very cheap area to live in. The house itself is very modern and nicely furnished (including dishwasher, washing machine and dryer)and it has a large kitchen. On top of that there is a lovely garden with a massive barbecue. We don’t have a living room but we have an ensuite garage that has the potential to be one. You would share your new home with me (Dorian, German guy 23) and two girls from Canada and Sweden. The rent is 110 pw excluding bills with bills(40 punds per month) and council tax(70 pounds per month) it will add up to around 570 pounds a month. If you are a student then u dont need to pay council tax and then it would add up to 500 a month. The room is available from 28th of March until the 15th of August.
