I have a beautiful fully furnished double bedroom in Kennington, South East London. The bedroom is a very good size. The bedroom comes with a double bed and fitted furniture/mirrors. The bedroom is in a lovely three bedroom house. The house has two toilets. It has a large garden which has table and chairs. The Kitchen is fully furnished; it is very large with dining table/chairs. All appliances such as washing machine, microwave, cooker and freezer are already inside. The bathroom looks fantastic; it is also very large with a power shower. The house is very clean and tidy.

The bedroom is located in a lovely area which has great transport links to central London. It is near Walworth Road, where all the buses are. It is a 5 minute walking distance to Kennington Station and elephant and castle station. The shops are less than a one minute walking distance from the house: Tesco’s, Morrison’s, Iceland, Boots and Superdrug are very short walks away.

I am seeking a relatively quiet and responsible person who cleans up after themselves and is available to move in as soon as possible.
