Just to tell you a little bit about it it really:

- Its a shared 3 bedroom ground floor of a house, So ground floor flat really. - Its shared with two lovely girls who i have shared with for 2 years they are also students studying Fine Art at Derby - I am only moving out due to Illness, i have to go back home to have some surgery and am therefore taking a year out - Its under contract with an estate agent, however all our dealings are through the landlady herself who is also very lovely. -The property has 3 double bedrooms, a newly fitted kitchen, a bathroom, toilet, storage cupboard and a shoe cupboard also. There are all appliances included such as: *dishwasher *washing machine *wide screen Tv * tumble dryer

- the house is fully furnished and each room includes a desk, chair (my room has the chair pictured) a double bed, wardrobe and chest of draws. The room is laid out in the picture only so i could get everything in the picture the room is actually square and much more spacious then the picture shows. I had my bed in the middle of the room and places the other things around it. when you view you will see the massive amounts of space in this home.

The living room consists of 2 sofas and a wide screen Tv, there is also a hub for the internet that will be in Sept when all the housemates have resumed and you will only need to pay one of the other housemates a 3rd of the bill. I paid 7 pounds a month for the internet. in the picture you can see that the carpet wasn't fitted at the time of this picture however it has been fitted properly now this is just an old picture.

The bathroom and toilet are separate, and the bathroom has also just been redecorated and has had an extractor fan installed in it - it looks great :)

I am very gutted about having to move out of the house and as you can see its a beautiful property. I would love to arrange a viewing with you to show you exactly what a lovely home it is. Its £69 Pounds a week.
