I have 3 rooms to rent in a 4 bedroom house: 1single room, 1medium size room (with a 3/4 bed) and 1 double room (with double bed). Are willing to take on a couple in the double room, however rent will have to be increased slightly to accommodate for the extra person. The house is on Bishops road ( which is the road behind Rectory Lane) so it is less than 5 mins walk from uni, which means a little bit longer inbred in the morning. :) always a bonus. The house has a medium size kitchen with all the appliances that you would need, washing machine, microwave etc. There is also a large livingroom/dinning room which has recently been redecorated, with a large dinning room table, sofas etc and a 42" flat screen TV. The house also has a large back garden so hopefully there will be good wether to have a few BBQs this year. There is also a sheared bathroom, with shower bath and a downstairs toilet. Each bedroom has been redecorated and refurbished so there's a nice new carpet and a lick of paint. All rooms have a bed, desk/dressing table, 1or 2chests of draws, bed side table and wardrobe as well as having a secure lock on the doors. Rent varies slightly depending on the room size but includes all bills, water, electric, gas, Internet and TV licence. We are preferably looking for people who are friendly and respectful (currently just myself and my bf living in the house). We are hoping to find people who could move in in June, however if you just want somewhere for over the summer or from September. Still get in touch.
