Double room has recently become available to rent on North Holmes Road, opposite gate 5 of the university campus. It is a house shared with 4 other girls, 3 third years and 1 fresher :) the rent is £455 per month including bills and the contract will only be for 10 months as I have already paid the first 2. There is no deposit required although there will be a £200 admin fee which is standard on most houses! I unfortunately am moving out due to my circumstances changing and so have decided to commute for my third year. Having lived here for a year myself, I have benefited a great deal from living a 30 second walk away from the campus, and the comfort in which the house provides.
