I'm a lecturer and I'm looking to share a house with a tidy female, preferably a mature student and non-smoker.
The property is a modern semi-detached 2 bedroom house with a double room available. The house is fully furnished with reasonable sized lounge, kitchen, large conservatory, low maintenance garden and an annex with a jacuzzi. The property also has car parking space, wireless broadband and Sky in all rooms. I have 1 tamed cats and she is usually kept outside or in her cat house. I am not usually at home on weekends. Looking for a trust worthy female who like cats!!
