I have a room to let in a modern clean house, which is situated on a safe and quiet street. The house is close to shops, bus routes and more importantly pubs!! It is £81 p/w all in fully furnished and this includes wireless internet. I will be studying at Warwick University in October and I am looking for a fellow student to live with, who can share my stress over assignment deadlines!! Coventry University is about 3 miles away and Warwick university is a little further however lift share maybe possible. There is also a garage at the property so bikes can be stored in there if necessary. I am unable to upload any pictures of the room at the moment as it is currently being decorated, but will up load as soon as possible.
