Room is in 4 year old loft conversion, currently has single bed but im going to fit a double. Has wardrobe, drawers, freeview TV, wireless internet. Also a separate box room for a clothes rail and extra storage if reqd. Own shower room (I have my own ensuite).Shared use of lounge, kitchen, nice garden. Friendly, laid back household. Looking for employed, non smoking, female - sorry chaps, had too many bad experiences with late rent and/or mess! My current lodger has been here since September 2010 and is leaving as her work placement is ending. If you would like to look round and get her feedback i'm sure she'd be ok with that!
