I am a professional indian female and I have 4 rooms to rent in my four bed semi detached house . The room is fully furnished and is available now .The house is well maintained and has a free wireless internet .The house also has a large kitchen which has all the modern appliances and also has a washing machine. The kitchen has all the equipment necessary for Indian cooking. There is also a big lounge and a dinning room. Besides this there is a large garden for those summer barbecues. The house is very close to both the princess road and the wilmslow road and hence has very good bus links. There are lots of buses like 43,42,142,143,X50 141,111, 101,104,109,105, etc which connect the house to the citycentre , mancester university, Manchester metropolitan university , hospital and Airports. The city centre is about 15- 20 minutes on the bus. The nearest bus stop is just outside the house . The house is close to the city centre, university and hospitals. Sainsbury and asda supermarket are walking distance and it is also very close to the Withington library, banks and take aways.. The location is suitable to both students and professionals. The house also has a parking for three cars in the driveway.
