Terraced house with a room available to rent, it is 8 minutes away from Coventry University Library, and 13 minutes from city centre. It is a fairly quiet street. The room is of average size, and both a single or double bed can be arranged. The house is fully furnished and there is one bathroom, we currently have Virgin Media, with broadband and tv channels, Brand new washing machine, sofa and Kitchen was recently fitted. Looking for someone who is sociable but sensible, who doesn't like to party on a regular basis as my current housemate works full time and I am a final year student.
