I am currently studying classical music at the Colchester institute at degree level moving on to my second year. I am also a live in landlord, which means you will be sharing the flat with me.
I am looking for £350pm rent. The first month of tenancy I will ask for a deposit of £350 on top of the rent of which you can choose to stay out or get back at the end of your tenancy.
