Full time students only, please. This is a reasonably-sized room in a large victorian house, in Grenville Road, St Judes. It is bigger than the standard rooms offered in Student Halls, and at £75 per week, substantially cheaper. The room has a wardrobe, desk/set of drawers, and newish single bed. Although not ensuite, this room is immediately next to the upstairs bathroom. The property has gas central heating and double glazing, fast Wifi internet, common sitting room with cable freeview, good sized dining kitchen and two toilets (a bathroom and a shower room). The utility room has a washing machine and a coin-operated tumble dryer. The rent is 75 pounds per week, and ideally paid in advance per term, plus a 250 pound deposit. Rent is inclusive of bills, up to a maximum of 8 pounds per person per week. Any over-use of electricity/gas will be charged to all tenants equally (so far this has not happened). It is a 15-minute walk to the universtiy and town centre, with convenient late-night shops, takeaways and a pub all within a 2-minute stroll. The other tenants are all mature male students, and all like living in a clean house. For everyone's comfort, and for fire safety, there is a strict no-smoking policy within the house at all times.
