There is also a laundry room containing dryer, airer, and ironing board. The house has a courtyard garden perfect for barbecues when the weather is good! Plenty of space for parking too.
Current tenant is 23 and will be in her final year of her undergraduate degree. New tenant is 22 and will also be in her final year. Both are non-smokers, non-party animals, and very friendly.
