The large room is £340 per month (£85 p/w) and the smaller room is £300 per month (£75 p/w) and includes all bills (water, electric, gas). You would be living with 3 friendly females completing a BA in Primary Education. It has a large drive and back garden which is maintained, so saves any hassle of mowing lawns etc!
