We are looking for 1 more housemate to join our luxurious student home. We have 1 room which we have reserved for short term let. It can be let to longer term if discussed. The housemates for next academic year are three lovely responsible students attending the UOB and Newman College. They are great fun and cant wait to meet you!
The room left is an enourmous single room. Each room has a private lock and is furnished with single beds, matching beech wood furniture including an extra large wooden desk, double wardrobe, bed side table, leather gas chair, wooden flooring, book shelf, Glass sink and vanity unit, TV and wireless broadband.
There is a very large kitchen with an 8 hob range cooker, dishwasher, tumble dryer, washing machine, double sink, x 2 fridge freezers and ample storage.
There is a conservatory complete with matching dining table and chairs and leather sofas. Additionally there is a 36" TV, stereo system complete with air-conditioning. On top of this there, is a third floor TV soft room ideal for those cosy winter nights in!
There is room for parking at the front and a rear garden which includes outdoor seating and BBQ - great for the summer weather after exams! The house is fully alarmed with an intercom system for added security.
The room is 85 pounds a week (This does not include bills. Gas and electricity are paid on a ‘top up’ card basis. Internet and water are paid separately). The room will be available from 1st July 2011.
The house itself is a 20 min walk from main campus and a 10 min walk from selly oak campus and selly oak train station and so is in commuting distance to BCU. There are local shops close to the house and a lovely park which is ideal for running. There are also 3 close bus stops.
