I am looking for a student to take over my contract starting 1st July as I can no longer be in Manchester. It's a lovely 5 bed house and you'll be sharing with 4 female students.
About the house:
£76 per week which includes all bills except heating. Two toilets, bathroom and shower. Room is a large double bed. 2 fridges, washing machine, dishwasher and dryer, microwave and TV. Within walking distance from university, shops and bars.
