I am looking for 5 students to rent rooms in my house from Septmber 2012. It has a shower room with WC also a bathroom with WC, 4 double bedrooms and one single room ( £303 per month). There is a communal living room with TV and sofas. A private courtyard garden ideal for summer barbeques. All bills are included in the rent of £347 pcm (Broadband also). I deally I would prefer if you all know one another and get on well together.
