Hello! I am Grace Burton, I am getting ready to start my postgraduate degree in September, I will be studying Music Management and Promotion.

I am looking for a house suitable for individual, student lettings. I would like to be in the Jesmond/Heaton area or as close to the town centre as possible.

I am bubbly, out going and although I will be working hard I enjoy social time as well :-)

My budget is nothing over £350 a month and I would like a double room. I would like to move in, in September.
