Two extremely well furnished rooms in a large four bed semi to rent. The house is furnished in a modern style and has wireless internet throughout. All rooms have TV and Free-view provided and access to a phone socket. The rooms are newly decorated with new double beds and furnishings and the house has all modern amenities. Large gardens front and rear with patio area and storage for bikes etc. I am a working professional and am hardly home so the house is free a lot of the time. The house is in a great location for the train station (5 mins walk), 5 mins drive to M1 and there are bus routes into the city regularly. Small tesco shop 2 mins walk and a couple of good pubs.
