We are three female LJMU students looking for two people to fill the spare rooms in our spacious, modern house off the top end of Smithdown Road close to the Brookhouse, Tesco Express and bus stops.
Both rooms are large with double beds and fully furnished. The house comprimses of two bathrooms, a dining room, plenty of storage, yard, roadside parking, modern kitchen and living room.
We are fun, easy going and clean/tidy . We are looking for either male or female housemates who are up for a good time either out on the town or in chilling in front of the TV.
