i have a double room to rent, it over looks the garden on the south side, in a quite area. The house is very close to local shops and bars. Its also a 2 min walk to the bus stop that commuets to walsall, birmingham and sutton coldfield. The room has tv, desk and chair cuboard space, built in wardrobe, double-bed and access to wifi. Full use of the house and Garden. This price includeds Gas, Electric, Council tax, Tv licence, water rates and can include food/ washing detergent for a extra £65 per month. The required flatmate should be respectfull and have no issues with anmials, they need to pay on time and be clean and tidy. There is road parking only and washing and tumble dryer facilaties.
