I have a 5 bedroom property with 2 bathrooms to let out. 4 are large bedrooms and one boxroom. This would be suitable for Upto 4-5 people.
On the first floor there are 2 large bedrooms,boxroom and bathroom. I can let the whole floor out to a single individual which would provide plenty living space. For this I would be looking to let out at 400 pound a week. Or come to an agreement. The main thing is somebody being interested.,
Or I can let the 2 bedrooms out individually. (which would be ideal for 2 friends who could share and stay together and also have their own private living space I.e bedroom). For this I would let the rooms out at 100-150 pound a week each.
On the second floor, there are 2 large newly converted attic bedrooms and a small bathroom. Again I can let the the whole floor and living space out to an individual seperately, which would provide plenty of living space. For this I would be looking at 300 pound a week or come to an arrangement.
Or I can let the rooms out individually. (which again would be ideal for 2 friends who can share the floor with their own private space I.e bedroom.) For this I would let the rooms out at 100-150 pound a week each.
The kitchen and living room would be ground living space which would be shared. The kitchen includes sink, fridge freezer, laundrette, oven, cooker and cupboards. There is also a cellar for storage.
The whole house is in a wonderful condition. Everything is refurbished. An internal inspection is recommended. It includes double glazed windows and central heating. To the front there is a very small garden but at the back there is a decent sized garden with privacy.
The people around the neighbourhood are friendly and welcoming. I have lived here all my life and am well respected, so hence there will be no trouble or anything like that. I have all my friend and relatives living in the street who will be welcoming.
I am looking for clean, quiet and respectful individuals who are employed (employed so theres no issues with payment), and can share with others. Must have a very warm and welcoming attitude who will appreciate the immaculate condition of the house. In return I will look to make your stay a comfortable one and will always be on guard to sort out any issues you may have or requirements you may need.
There are local shops around everywhere. Town is a 5 minute walk. Including supermarkets, cinema,bank. All local amenities. Bus Station is a 5 minute walk. Bus to Bradford is 25-30 mins. Train Station a 10 minute walk. Train to Bradford is 10 mins.
