Jesmond is where it’s all at.
It’s where the cool people live, and if you live here then people will too think you are cool and want to be your friend.
Once they’re your friend, they’ll come round to your new house and say words like “cripes” and “wow” and “OMG” (which is an acronym, not a word but you get the idea).
The first job for you 5 cool happenin’ people about town is to decide what to do with the spare room on the top floor. I am happy to offer suggestions but whether in fact you actually go for a mini climbing wall, silent disco or exclusive gentleman’s club is totally your call.
I don’t want us to get bogged down with the really good sized bedrooms, modern décor and furniture and brilliant location at this stage, so let’s not even go there. No will we talk about the 2 bathrooms, dishwasher or TV that the landlord may or may not put in the house.
Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
