If none of the above particularly apply to you and you are actually quite normal, your own tick list may or may not include large rooms, newly decorated, kept spotlessly clean for the past 2 years but amazingly spotless tenants, newly fitted bathroom and large back yard? If not then I actually give up – what do you want, blood?

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
