Oh, this is a lovely house I kid you not. ‘tis large, airy and clean whilst maintaining an air of mystery about it.

No, that’s nonsense I was just going with the poetic flow.

I don’t want to be presumptuous and answer questions you have not asked so won’t be regaling you of stories about the large lounge, excellent kitchen and dishwasher and HD ready TV in the lounge with built in Freeview. Neither will I be bothering to tell you that there are two bathrooms and an extra WC to avoid toilet queues so don’t even bother asking me to.

Please note that I am not good at regular estate agent descriptions (and here is a kitchen and here is a bathroom and here is a lounge and you will like this house because….) so genuinely, the best thing to do would be to come and have a look. If you like it and want to talk money and paperwork then we can go back to the office or - if you fancy - the pub.
