I have plans to redecorate rooms over the summer and would be happy to accomodate any requests made by prospective tenants.
Room prices vary according to size, from £350 to £450.
The bathroom is new, and there is a large kitchen also which is in excellent condition and order.
White good were all replaced this year.
There is a large garden. The property also has ample parking space.
