Hamstead Campus is a large student complex housing over 600 students from various universities such as BCU, Aston University, College of Law and UCB to name a few.
We have the following rooms available for the 2012/13 academic year:
Hall rooms at £69.50 per week
2 Person accommodation at £79.50 per person, per week
5 Person accommodation from £89.50 per person, per week
Studios from £99.50 per week.
Prices include 10Mb internet access, contents insurance and utilities.
Our standard contracts are 43 or 51 weeks - talk to us if you need to reserve for a different period and we will do our best to accommodate you.
Each room comes with bed, wardrobe, desk, chair and set of drawers. You will need to bring your own bed linens, towels, kitchenware (pots/pans/cutlery etc).
There is a shared kitchen with white goods, microwave, kettle and toaster, shared bathroom and shower facilities.
There is an on-site accommodation office and laundrette located on-site.
The campus is just two miles from BCU's City North Campus (no 11 bus route) and other University locations are accessible across Birmingham.
There is an on-site student union bar and the bars and clubs of Birmingham City Centre are only a short distance away.
Brand new sports pitch on-site ideal for a range of different sports.
