Bus stop pretty much outside the house, about 10 mins on the bus into centre of Guildford, and about 20 mins walk.
Rent. £360 permonth. Will need to pay a £360 deposit, which you will get back at the end of tennancy if you dont break anything!
Bills come to around £20-30pm
