We are currently renting out our spare room, but the current occupant is moving out in a few days. We wouldn't be looking for anyone to move in til around the middle of September (as we are getting married at the end of August!)
We are approx a 30 min walk from the main university campus, and a brief walk away from the city centre. There is ample parking should you drive.
We also benefit from having a mini Tesco, lovely local pub, and Dr's surgery within a minute's walk of our front door. We are also a 10 minute walk from the Quayside.
The room we are offering currently only has a single bed, but we can easily make this into a double should you require us to. The price including ALL bills is £85 per week with a £50 deposit returnable upon departure subject to an inspection of the room.
