Hiya We are currently looking for a tenant to take a room in our house for the academic year 2011/12. The house is located on Kirkstall Road, this is a 10 minute walk from the collegiate campus of Sheffield Hallam University; 10 minutes from the nearest Tesco Metro; 5 minutes from the closest bus stop with regular buses (80 buses) to take people to Sheffield Uni/Hallam City Campus. It is in a nice, quiet location surrounded by restaurants, small shops and takeaways. The room is a single room, fully furnished. It doesn't have a TV point however; but there is a communal living room where there is a TV, dvd player etc. The house has a washer, tumble dryer, dishwasher, cooker, microwave and kitchen essentials. It also has a garden shared with the neighbours. Friendly tenants, all students at Sheffield Hallam University. Mixed group of 2 girls and a boy. Available from 1st July 2011
